We had a very nice experience throughout our Estate Planning process. The staff at Elevated Estate Planning in Spokane were very courteous and extremely professional. Various legal items were explained very clearly and concisely; and it was all done within a very reasonable time frame. Nice job and would recommend.

Over the past several years, our family has had a great experience working with Matthew Luedke at Moulton Law Offices. He has assisted us with a family trust and the many details involved with this trust. Matthew is always patient answering our many questions. We would highly recommend his legal services.

Elevated Estate Planning is the best. The experience from our free initial meeting to our finished trust was a truly positive experience. Tristan and Jenny explained everything and answered all our questions until we understood. Our estate is in order. So when one of us passes, it gives us peace of mind to know who to call for guidance plus our executor son will have guidance to administer our trust.

Initial meeting with Tristan was very informative. He was a great help in explaining/understanding the benefits of a trust. During the course of getting it established, everyone we worked with was very helpful and attentive to our questions and issues. When it came time to finalize the trust, Jenny was amazing. She is so thorough in her answers to our questions and explanations of the various documents. On top of that, she is very personable! As much as my husband dislikes dealing with paperwork, she made it easy for him and he actually enjoyed the time! Thank you Elevated Estate planning for making a time consuming, totally confusing legal process come into focus.

This team is great to work with!! Explained the whole process and made it very easy. Jenny, Debbie and Craig were a lot of fun to work with. We are very satisfied with the process and the outcome. Planning for death isn't a fun topic so may as well have a little fun!!

When a loved one passes away navigating the, what do we do now, is more difficult than anyone expects. My dad passed in December and my mom fell apart. She called Elana at elevated estate planning and Elana helped us navigate everything. Then she put us in touch with Jenny. Jenny is amazing. She made all the legal mumbo gumbo easy to understand and even made my 80 year old mother smile when we left the office. I know from now on after all I have learned about a Trust, I'm now taking to my friends about it and recommending elevated estate planning
