Well we had to lay my Mom to rest n had to do so many things to honor her final wishes which was not easy at all. Elevated set up the estate so it can be passed down to future generations what to expect n what a Trust actually does . Our experience with Elevated Estate Planning was great from start to finish. We started with a very informative seminar on estate planning by Matt Luedke, Managing Attorney. We then met with Craig Bannister to get into the details of how we wanted to structure our estate plan. For one reasonable price we got a very comprehensive plan, and a detailed explanation from Jenny Hubbard on what it entailed and how to use it. The Office Administrator, Debbie, was very helpful during our office visits. This price includes a year of interactions to make changes and ask questions. Of my limited legal interactions, this was by far the most positive.

After a lengthy search for an Estate planning attorney, I finally found Elevated Estate Planning. After Viewing their video performed by Matthew Luedke, I met with Craig Bannister, who was the attorney that covered the importance of a Living Trust and and took copious notes of all my requests. Later I met with Jenny Hubbard who is incredibly talented, focused and patient. Debbie covered all aspects of my Trust in great detail. I cannot praise this group enough for the time they invested, their friendly approach and professionalism, demonstrated towards me at all times. Debbie Helmersen, who manages the front desk and much more reflected these same qualities.
