We re-did our trust after 18 years. The laws have changed and it necessitated some changes. Worked with Paralegal Diana Davis at Moulton Law Firm and she was exceptionally easy to work with. Mailed us the new trust we reviewed it and then made an appt with her in Spokane for signing the documents. She was very clear in explaining things to us and was just easy to work with. I recently needed changes to my 7-year old trust. They did a thorough job and made the documents in a neat well organized folder with hundreds of pages. They explained everything throughly and answered every question I had. My Father used Moulton Law. My mother required full care at an adult care facility. When my father unexpectedly passed, Moulton Law had already prepared a path for my father’s concerns to be taken care of. His will and trust guided us through a difficult time. Moulton Law helped explain the legal jargon when we were confused. My attitude towards attorneys was changed!Unfortunately, my mother passed a few short months after my father. Moulton Law was there for me again.Though these times were trying, Moulton Law eliminated the stress and confusion of our legal obligations and helped protect what my parents had worked so hard for.Recently, my wife and I worked with Moulton Law to establish our own trust and will. They really seem to care about us and we are not just clients.We, also, got my mother-in-law to their office. Her husband passed away about a year ago and the office was extremely helpful in putting her mind at ease. We are in the process of assuring her desires and legal rights are met in the inevitable event of her passing.Don’t assume you have everything taken care of when you change your address to heaven. This was my first time meeting with Jenny. This was in the Kennewick office as it was the closest office to my home. She was very well versed in my estate information and explained it so that I was able to understand and I was able to ask questions for anything I didn't understand. I was early for my appointment and she took me right in so I didn't have any waiting time. I am very grateful for an office in Kennewick versus Spokane. It is so much closer and easier for me to travel to. I will be telling my friends and neighbors of these services and of how well I was treated.
